ERASED MURALS > Aura Rising

At an exhibition at Houston Station Museum of Contemporary Art, "Aura Rising" was created spontaneously from a deep place of hopefulness. Even though it was created inside the walls of a museum, its roots are outside.
Included in this gallery are related photos of work done around the same time. The work, "Headless Rebus" was painted over twice in similar color schemes to try and land on a color palette via experimentation.
